Miles: We run a web design agency in Cumbria and we work with a variety of businesses, including established brands, specialised ecommerce stores, professional services and more.
Emma: Every project starts with thorough discovery. We find out about your business goals, where your current site is letting you down and what success looks like for you. We build everything around those answers.
Miles: From there, we handle the design and the build. You coordinate directly with me and Emma from start to finish with unlimited revisions until you are genuinely pleased.
Emma: Once your website is live, we stick around as your long-term partners. Because there's two of us, we only take on a handful of projects at a time. That means you get our proper attention, our full investment in your success, and a website that moves your business towards its goals.

Digital Otter was founded in Kendal, Cumbria, to pair strong design with solid engineering and stay close to every client. Emma leads on design and brand, Miles on development and strategy, so every project has both real craft and technical depth behind it. We keep things deliberately hands-on, so you work directly with the people building your site, from the first idea through to launch.
A great-looking website is only half the job. We started Digital Otter to build in the other half: design and brand led by your goals, with the technical craft to turn visitors into customers.
